Unless expressly authorised by Fire Training Videos Ltd. in writing the purchase of any FTV fire safety training programme is a limited license to use said programme, licensed for single-copy, non-network use only. The programme is not licensed for; use, deployment or storage/archiving of any kind on any form of server or electronic network of any kind, or any other form of multi-receive distribution/deployment/delivery system (now known or not yet known) or to be distributed via any method other than viewing the original media.
Clients are not authorised to create any additional copies of the programme(s), in whole or in part, for any purpose. Any form of duplication of the program, including for "backup" purposes, is strictly prohibited.
The programme(s) is/are not licensed for incorporation or integration, in whole or in part, into any client-created or third party-created educational, dissemination or presentation programme or service of any kind (now known or not yet known).
Programmes must not be edited, altered, translated, abbreviated or otherwise modified in any way.
Programmes are licensed exclusively for internal training of employees only. Training/Fire consultants should contact us to obtain a letter of permission to use the DVD(s) as part of their commercial training. The client must not allow the programme(s) to be made accessible to any unauthorised users or to be accessible via the internet or any other publicly accessible means.
Our fire safety training programmes must not be duplicated, edited, modified, resold, rented, licensed or loaned. Admission may not be charged for our programs or ancillary materials. The programs may not be incorporated, in whole or in part, into any other presentation or program without FTV's prior written consent. The user may not broadcast or transmit any portion of the programme(s) on any multi-receive open or closed circuit system or data network without FTV's prior written consent.
